Who runs this site

This site is operated by JR Bondoc, an independent developer based in the Philippines. For anything in this policy, reach me at contact@jrbondoc.pro.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the consultation form, you send me four things:

• Your name, so I know who I am replying to
• Your email address, so I can reply
• The project type you selected, so I know what you need
• Your message, which is whatever you choose to write

Nothing else is collected, and nothing is asked of you beyond those fields. There is no account to create.

Your IP address, briefly

When the form is submitted, the server reads your IP address for one purpose: to limit each visitor to three messages per minute so the form cannot be flooded with spam. It is held in memory for about a minute, it is never written to a database, and it is never attached to your message.

What I do with it

I read your message and reply to it. That is the whole purpose. I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not send marketing, and I do not build a profile of you.

I do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, apart from the two service providers below, which are needed to make the form work at all.

The two services involved

Two companies handle your submission on my behalf. They act on my instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes.

• Resend delivers the email. Your name, email, project type, and message pass through Resend so the enquiry reaches my inbox and the confirmation reaches yours.
• Vercel hosts this site and runs the code that handles the form.

Both are United States companies, so your submission is transferred there in the course of being emailed to me.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising tracker, no Google Analytics, and no Meta pixel.

I use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit which pages. It is cookieless and does not identify individuals, which is exactly why I chose it. It is also why you are not being interrupted by a cookie banner.

How long I keep it

Your enquiry stays in my email, the same way any business email does. If we end up working together, I keep the correspondence for as long as the project and its records require. If we do not, I clear it out once it is no longer useful.

Asking me to delete it

Email contact@jrbondoc.pro and ask. I will delete your enquiry and confirm once it is done, normally within a few days. You can also ask for a copy of what I hold, or ask me to correct it. You do not need to give a reason.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The page you are reading is always the current version.
